Aaron Gordon:
Aaron Gordon is a singer/songwriter from Lake Country, BC. He has been writing and performing for six years and his music is gradually branching out into new and exciting forms. His influences range from Ben Harper, Eric Clapton, System of a Down, and everything in between.

Run Rabbit Run:

Amongst the arid, rocky hills of Canada’s wild west, Oliver rests lazily in the deep south of the Okanagan desert wine valley. It is here, in 2008, that Run Rabbit Run was formed. By 2009 the band members became set as Jared Yackel, and brothers Sid and Carson Ruhland. Sharing inspiration from the legends of blues, rock, and folk, these three souls stumbled upon a common plane of musical thought, with an aim to explore the depths of rhythmic art and expose their crafted melody murals to wanting ears. Run Rabbit Run and fellow Oliver musicians, Tusk Mountain, make a home in the shed, as it is called, where the jams are manifest and bare-bones recording can document the creations.

Tusk Mountain:

Formed in the cold winter of 2008, Tusk Mountain delivers a high-energy breed of dark folk music and electric driven rock 'n' roll. For years, cousins Travis Eek and Michael Szalay had ran parallel through music and eventually their tracks joined in a collaboration that would prove true to their Canadian country roots. With the addition of drummer Carson Ruhland, the trio set out to create an original sound of smooth acoustic guitars and bone chilling lyrics. With the howling roars from Travis' guitar amp, the crying sounds of Carson's harmonicas and the rough cries of Mike's singing, the band created an original blend of musicianship that was unheard of in their local music scene. Since forming, they have went on to write original material (to be recorded summer 2010) and have gained praise from audiences for their high-energy, sing-along sets at many local venues up and down the Okanagan Valley.

Daniel Huscroft:
Daniel Huscroft (Hus) is a natural talent whose first rays of brilliance shone at an early age. His musical journey began with classical violin and piano, competing at the Canadian Nationals at the tender age of ten. By age nine, Hus was touring the BC Kootenays with his father and three siblings on fiddles, piano, and voice, playing and singing old time standards with the Huscroft Family Band. But it wasn’t until the age of thirteen that Hus first met his true love when he picked up an electric guitar and began ripping Vivaldi violin concertos through a distortion pedal. Hus joined a teen rock band, and begun singing and songwriting. In 2000, while playing lead guitar and vocalist in a touring Christian rock band based out of Chicago, Hus met up-and-coming Christian artist Sarah Kelly; Kelly loved his guitar playing and songwriting, and asked Hus to write for her new album. Hus’ ongoing collaboration with Kelly has garnered multiple awards and Grammy nominations. As an integral member of the Sarah Kelly Band, Hus has played and recorded with drummer Gary Novak, guitarist Nick Lashley, and with Guns ‘N Roses producer Mike Clink and guitarist Slash. Hus returned to Canada in 2003 to play with his own band,Strada, an award-winning indie rock band based in Calgary and represented by Feldman. Strada was widely successful until its dissolution in 2006, touring with other acclaimed bands including Switchfoot, Stabilo, and Tea Party. Hus moved back to BC in the fall of 2006, and locked himself away with an acoustic guitar and a broken heart. He began experimenting with an acoustic approach to his instrumental work and songwriting, replacing the pick with fingers. By 2007, he connected with singer-songwriters Ryan McAllister (Dakona, Maverick Records) and Barnaby McRae, to jointly record the Cowboys and Indians album. His presence on the West Coast was quickly recognized, and has led to session work on over a dozen independent projects, including collaborations with acclaimed fiddler (and sister) Zav RT, Canadian Idol, and producer Daniel Mendez. Hus is currently recording his debut solo acoustic album, slated for release in Fall 2009. And so the journey continues.
