Internships
Are you a part time student looking for some extra curricular work that would be a great addition to your resume/portfolio? Do you have a part time job that isn't quite cutting it for you and you need some extra work experience? Do you just plain love Habitat and want to be part of the team?
If you said yes to any of the above then we're looking for you! Habitat is putting a call out for interns for the 2011 Fall/Winter season. This isn't just a go-get-triple-grande-two-pump-vanilla-soy-no-foam-latte kind of internship - working at Habitat will give you valuable project-based industry experience (although we're not ruling out latte fetching...).
We have 2 intern spots open and we're looking for a couple of hard working, motivated, creative, and amicable people who are a good fit for our team. We're looking for 1 intern to help with creative based projects (including web maintenance, graphic design, and possibly video editing) and 1 intern to help with event based projects (including coordinating and promotions).
Working at Habitat and being involved in the music and events industry is a valuable addition to anyone's resume and getting to attend any Habitat event for free ain't to shabby either!
